Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking an Import Associate (Reliever) to support Bills Payment, import certificate renewals, and SAP-based refunds across URC and affiliates. This role collaborates with BU Legal, Accounting, brokers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate processing.

You will manage bills payments, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with ASPEN, Treasury, and shipping lines to secure CRO releases and maintain vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office skills with strong Excel experience.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and draw actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Bills Payment and Relationship Management across URC units and affiliates.
• Data analysis, reconciliation and dispute resolution for invoices.
• Timely renewal of Import Certificate of Registration and Accreditation.
• Container Deposit Refund processing and SAP closure.
• System enhancements and automation with file management and integration efforts.
