Pfizer in the Philippines seeks a Hybrid Healthcare Representative to promote ethical products to identified specialists and drive demand in the Makati area. The role focuses on achieving sales and market share objectives through strategic territory planning and CME activities.

You will build relationships with specialists, KOLs, and MDs, monitor market movements, and report on activities while adhering to Pfizer policies and compliance standards.

Formación

• College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course.
• With at least 2 years experience as PHR.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• With valid Med Rep PRC.
• With valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives.
• Spearhead planning and implementation of CME activities within assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and KOLs/EOLs.
• Develop Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) for MD calls and program implementation.
• Develop territory-based programs to improve understanding of assigned products.
• Monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit operational/admin reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Adhere to company values and policies.

Job Description:

The Hybrid Healthcare Representative will be responsible for promoting and creating demand among identified specialists for the ethical products in the assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives
• spearhead planning and implementation of all CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, product presentations within the assigned territories
• develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs)
• develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning MD calls and implementation of programs
• develop territory-based programs to improve understanding on assigned products
• monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities
• prepare and submit operational/admin reports
• perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior
• adheres to company values and policies at all times

Qualifications Required:

• College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course
• With at least 2 years experience as PHR
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good interpersonal skills
• With valid Med Rep PRC
• With valid driver's license
