Blink - The Employee App in Boston is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own the systems behind growth. You will manage tracking, automation, and paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure every dollar spent drives pipeline and revenue.

The role is hands-on and requires building and maintaining marketing operations, dashboards, and audience strategies to optimize performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, GTM and GA4.
• Experience running paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
• Knowledge of attribution modeling and linking marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Comfort with building and owning marketing systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Analytics and tracking: set up end-to-end buyer journey tracking, GA4 funnels, GTM, and dashboards in HubSpot.
• Marketing operations: own HubSpot Marketing Operations, workflows, data validation, audience building.
• Paid media and channel execution: plan/run campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta; set up conversion tracking and optimize spend.
• Search Engine Marketing: manage organic and paid search strategies and CMS optimization.
• Cross-functional support: collaborate with marketing, sales and RevOps to align campaigns with business goals.
