Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a strategic leader to drive supply chain planning and digital transformation in a hybrid setup in Manila. The role oversees demand, supply, and inventory planning, IBP, and governance with a focus on operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in planning, 5+ years in leadership, and deep SAP/IBP experience. Collaboration with IT and business functions is essential, with a drive toward data-driven decision making and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA or MBA in Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Transformation.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing planning teams and transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in enterprise-wide planning processes, S&OP, and IBP.
• Solid experience managing SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute supply chain planning and digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead evolution of demand, supply, and inventory planning, and IBP.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and best practices for operational excellence.
• Provide strategic direction on adopting and optimizing advanced planning technologies.
• Oversee short-, medium-, and long-range demand forecasts.
• Drive forecast accuracy through analytics, market intelligence, and collaborative planning.
• Lead end-to-end S&OP and IBP initiatives.
• Align supply chain plans with commercial and operational strategies.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels while balancing service, efficiency, and working capital.
• Develop metrics and present performance reviews to senior leadership.
• Mentor planning professionals and foster collaboration across teams.
