Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation seeks a seasoned Supply Chain and Planning Group Manager to lead enterprise planning transformation and digital enablement. You will drive demand, supply, and inventory planning, S&OP, and IBP while maximizing SAP and other planning technologies to improve performance.

You will partner with SC, Operations, Commercial, and Technology teams to govern planning governance, optimize systems, and deliver end-to-end planning excellence for the organization.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning or related fields.
• 5+ years in leadership or people management overseeing planning teams.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide S&OP and IBP processes.
• Experience migrating SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's supply chain planning and digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the evolution of demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and IBP processes.
• Establish planning governance frameworks, KPIs, and best practices to drive operational excellence.
• Provide strategic direction on the adoption and optimization of advanced planning technologies.
