Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Global Process Owner for Treasury to define, design, and optimize global treasury processes across the organization. The role leads cross-regional teams, ensures policy compliance, and drives automation and system implementations (TMS/ERP) for efficiency and governance.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in treasury or related fields, strong communication, and experience bridging Latin America/Asia with global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
CTP or ACT qualification is welcome.
5–7 years in corporate treasury, financial operations, or consulting.
Experience leading cross-functional global projects.
Knowledge of treasury management systems and ERP.

Responsibilities

Design, document, and maintain end-to-end global treasury processes ensuring policy alignment.
Establish KPIs, metrics, and audits to monitor global adherence across regions.
Lead global treasury project initiatives including system implementations and automation.
Drive digital transformation, RPA, and treasury tech adoption.
Collaborate with regional hubs, audit, and banking partners to align priorities.
