Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Manila is seeking a Global Process Owner (GPO) for Treasury to define and optimize global treasury processes. You will drive standardization, governance, and cross-regional alignment, leading high-impact initiatives across systems and automation.

The role requires 5–7 years in treasury or related operations, strong project leadership, and fluency in English. You will collaborate with regional hubs, corporate treasury, and technology partners to transform the treasury

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CTP/ACT welcome.
5–7 years in corporate treasury or related field with emphasis on process ownership, design and optimization.
Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional global projects and managing change.
Deep knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (SAP Treasury, Kyriba, Quantum) and ERP systems; process-mapping tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to bridge Latin America/Asia with global HQ.

Responsibilities

Define, document, and optimize end-to-end global treasury processes; ensure standardization across regions.
Establish KPIs, governance, and regular compliance exercises to monitor adherence.
Lead global treasury initiatives including system implementations, automation, and M&A treasury integration.
Drive digital transformation, RPA, and adoption of treasury technology.
Partner with regional finance hubs, internal audit, and external banking partners to align priorities across time zones.
