Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care's Corporate Finance & Global Treasury in Manila seeks a Treasury Operations Manager to lead a regional team, streamline cash and bank processes, and strengthen controls to support global liquidity.

The role partners with FP&A, Accounting, IT and external banks to optimize funding, perform daily cash management, FX for operational payments, and ensure compliance across North America and Germany.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years in treasury, banking, or treasury consultancy with daily operations.
• 3-4 years in a leadership role.
• Experience using SAP TRM module and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Master’s degree and CTP is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of treasury professionals and onboard/develop the team.
• Centralize bank system usage and act as global bank administrator.
• Support Master Data questions and establish data governance for bank data.
• Own local cash disposition and ensure liquidity for daily operations.
• Execute treasury transfers to minimize overdraft costs.
• Coordinate funding of cash pools with Global Treasury in Germany.
• Produce monthly cash position reporting for all entities in scope.
• Suggest funding and investment actions with Global Capital Markets.
• Execute FX transactions for operational payments in foreign currencies.
• Support Treasury Accounting for North America and Germany.
• Be single point of contact for regional bank partners.
• Handle end-to-end processing of Inhouse Bank and netting engine.
• Process payments globally including tax, customs & supplier payments.
• Assist internal controls and audits with German and North American teams.
