Job summary

You will coordinate funding with global teams and manage monthly cash reporting, while executing FX for operational payments and enhancing internal controls.

The role requires 7+ years in treasury with 3-4 years in leadership, and familiarity with SAP TRM/S4HANA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in treasury, banking, or treasury consulting with daily ops focus.
• 3-4 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with SAP TRM and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong data-driven decision making and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Manila-based team of treasury professionals and ensure onboarding.
• Centralize bank system usage and act as global bank administrator.
• Support master data governance for bank data.
• Own local cash disposition and ensure liquidity for daily ops.
• Execute treasury transfers to minimize overdraft costs.
• Coordinate funding with global Treasury team and report cash position monthly.
• Handle FX transactions for operational payments.
