Job summary

Continental Tires Manila Business Services Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst for the Service Center Supply Chain Planning (SCP) team in Manila.

You will maintain dashboards, perform data checks, and support master data and routine analytics to ensure reliable planning and reporting across the organization. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Industrial Engineering and 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or shared services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in data analytics or shared services.
• Proficient in PowerBI (DAX/Power Query) and Excel with SCORE datalake.
• Strong English communication and ability to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh dashboard applications; troubleshoot data flow issues.
• Support maintenance of systems to enable reliable planning outputs.
• Run routine analytics and refresh reports for Supply Management.
• Execute recurring activities following documented procedures.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and support standardization efforts.
• Document work instructions and contribute to the service catalog.
