Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a data analytics professional to drive insights that support Center of Excellence initiatives. The role focuses on collecting, modeling, and translating data into actionable recommendations across functions.

You will develop dashboards and reports, own data governance practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, process improvement, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
• Experience with data modeling, reporting tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms; data visualization or process automation is an advantage.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, actionable insights, and process improvement opportunities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple projects, with a strong interest in standardization, continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, analyze root causes, and recommend data-driven solutions and process improvements.
• Develops and maintains standardized data collection, reporting, and analytics processes to support Center of Excellence initiatives and ensure data consistency and quality.
• Analyzes large datasets, KPIs, and business performance to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Develops dashboards, reports, data models, scorecards, and analytical tools that translate data into actionable insights for tactical and strategic decision-making.
• Leads or supports analytics, process improvement, automation, and digital transformation projects across functions, including opportunities to automate manual data and reporting processes.
• Supports the development and implementation of data governance, reporting standards, methodologies, and best practices within the Center of Excellence.
• Supports capability building by sharing analytics knowledge, tools, methodologies, and best practices with relevant teams.
