MicroSourcing is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain web and mobile applications, operating in a hybrid setup at MOA, Pasay. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

The role emphasizes TypeScript, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL, API integrations, and modern frontend/backend architecture. You will participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and strive for performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript development.
• Hands-on Python and Flask experience.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of API development and system integrations.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
• Experience maintaining production codebases.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications.
• Support PWAs development and maintenance.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Integrate apps with enterprise platforms like Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Work within distributed codebases and adhere to standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Optimize database performance and data integrity.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
