Job summary

Our client in Mandaluyong City, Philippines seeks a seasoned Full-Stack PWA & Node.js Developer to design, build, and maintain mobile-friendly PWAs and backend services for enterprise software used by field teams and global operations.

The ideal candidate blends strong Node.js backend with modern React frontend, implements offline-first strategies, and collaborates within an international agile team to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of progressive full-stack web development experience with Node.js and React.
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating across international time zones.

Responsibilities

• Mobile-First development with React frontend and Node.js backend (Express/NestJS).
• Implement offline-first PWA capabilities with service workers and caching strategies.
• Develop REST APIs with secure authentication (JWT/OAuth2) and data modeling in MongoDB.
• Collaborate in Agile sprints with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure SDLC practices, code reviews, testing, deployment, and support.
