Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay, Philippines, invites a Full Stack Developer (Python) to join our hybrid, dayshift team at MOA. You will build and enhance web and mobile applications, develop PWAs, and integrate with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

The ideal candidate brings strong Python (Flask) and TypeScript experience, PostgreSQL expertise, API development skills, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed codebase environment.

Qualifications

• Proven full stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python (Flask).

• Experience supporting and maintaining production codebases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance business-critical web and mobile applications.
• Support the development and optimization of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Integrate applications with enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).
• Work within distributed codebases and adhere to development standards and version control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Your Role

As a Full Stack Developer (Python), you will:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance business‑critical web and mobile applications.
• Support the development, optimization, and maintenance of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Integrate applications with enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Work within existing distributed and shared codebases while adhering to development standards and version control practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, and development processes.

Required Skills (Non‑negotiables)

• Proven experience in full stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and the Flask framework.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of API development and system integrations.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend application architecture.
• Experience supporting, maintaining, and enhancing existing production codebases.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and maintaining PWAs.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations integrations.
• Experience using Prisma ORM.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based environments and deployment pipelines.
• Experience in agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, or operations‑driven industries.
• Knowledge of distributed or sharded system architectures.
• Exposure to DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with application performance optimization and scalability initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
