MicroSourcing is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain web and mobile applications, operating in a hybrid setup at MOA, Pasay. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

The role emphasizes TypeScript, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL, API integrations, and modern frontend/backend architecture. You will participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and strive for performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance business-critical web and mobile applications.
• Support the development, optimization, and maintenance of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Integrate applications with enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Work within existing distributed and shared codebases while adhering to established development standards and version control practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
