Job summary

Manulife, a leading international financial services provider, seeks a Finance Analyst for GWAM FP&A to produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data, reports, and forecasts for stakeholders across Asia and North America.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, analytical mindset, and experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Alteryx. Hybrid work arrangement in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance; Wealth & Asset Management experience is a plus.
• Experience in automating processes is a plus.
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze large amounts of financial and non-financial information from stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Management Decks and forecasts from different business segments.
• Maintain report package templates and highlight key issues for resolution.
• Improve and re-engineer reporting processes for month-end/quarter-end cycles.
• Support annual consolidated planning with trend analysis and presentation decks.
• Identify improvements by exploring reporting, analysis and process solutions.
• Collaborate with North America unit and MBPS FP&A teammates on reporting and planning.
• Conduct deep-dive trainings to build backup capacity during planning cycles GWAM.
