Job summary

Financial Times in Manila is seeking a detail‑oriented CPA with audit and accounting experience to support a broad range of financial operations, compliance, and reporting within a fast-paced international environment.

You will work closely with the Financial Accountant and Finance team to ensure accurate records, regular coordination with suppliers, auditors, banks, and government agencies. A strong, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Must be a CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
2–5 years of relevant external or internal audit experience.
Working knowledge of Philippine accounting and regulatory requirements (BIR, SEC, PEZA).
Experience with general accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

Responsibilities

Supplier and Invoice Management: manage vendor onboarding, PR/PO requests, invoice review, filing, payments, and aging reports.
Financial Accounting Support: prepare journal entries, balance sheet schedules, and month-/year-end closing support.
Tax and Statutory Compliance Support: prepare BIR/PEZA submissions, tax returns, and maintain compliance files.
Audit and Internal Control Support: organize audit schedules, document requests, and ensure policy compliance.
Administrative and Operational Support: intercompany documentation, expenditure coding, system master data, and process improvements.
Fixed Asset Administration: maintain fixed asset register, PEZA reports, counts, tagging, and documentation.
