Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Business Development Executive - Events to drive sponsorship sales and client partnerships for the Future of Mining Conference. You will identify new sponsors, tailor sponsorship solutions, and work with events and marketing teams to ensure sponsor integration and revenue growth.

The role reports to the Global Sales Director with a dotted line to the APAC Sales Manager, and offers hybrid work in Eastwood, Quezon City with competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience selling conference and exhibition sponsorships.
• Independent with tenacious revenue-seeking approach.
• Confident communicator for calls and in-person meetings.
• Strong work ethic and client engagement focus.
• Experience with social media (LinkedIn) for prospecting.
• Ability to develop sales openings and handle objections.
• Strong proposal writing experience.
• Proven ability to build sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sponsorship sales targets.
• Identify new opportunities to engage sponsors.
• Develop sponsorship proposals and solutions.
• Manage relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with events production and marketing teams.
• Cross-sell media services to clients.
• Track market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Report to Global Sales Director and APAC Sales Manager.
