The role requires 8–12 years in the field, 2–5 years in leadership, and a strong background in regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 2–5 years of management or lead experience.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, IAM, PAM, network security, and enterprise security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PH Enterprise Cybersecurity team and provide technical guidance.
• Drive delivery of cybersecurity initiatives across Security Engineering, IAM, PAM, and related domains.
• Serve as escalation point during security incidents and outages; drive remediation and RCA.
• Establish, track, and report security KPIs and operational metrics; ensure execution and risk reduction.
