Job summary

Situation Publishing, a publisher known for The Register, seeks a Customer Success Manager to own delivery across lead generation, sponsored content, display and research campaigns. You will manage several campaigns, serve as the client’s main contact, and ensure assets are produced and delivered on schedule.

You will collaborate with editorial, design and ad operations teams, track volumes, and keep Salesforce records current.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client accounts or campaign delivery, ideally in B2B media, publishing, marketing services or an agency.
• Genuinely service minded and reliable with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of live client campaigns end to end, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Be the client’s day-to-day contact, set clear expectations, and keep clients informed.
• Collaborate with editorial, design and ad operations to produce, schedule and run assets on time.
• Track delivery against contracted volumes, spot shortfalls, and coordinate fixes with the client.
• Maintain accurate campaign records in Salesforce for finance, commercial, and client visibility.
• Produce end-of-campaign reporting to drive improvements for future programmes.
