Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Digital Sourcer (RPO) to identify and recruit candidates with highly technical skills for current and future vacancies. You will partner with Global Sourcing, Lead Recruiters and Sourcing Executives to design digital campaigns and build strong pipelines.

The role requires at least 2 years of sourcing and technical recruitment experience, with familiarity of ATS/CRM systems and job boards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of extensive sourcing experience.
Technical Recruitment experience required.
Knowledge of sourcing through job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter) and social channels.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Strong English oral and written communication skills.
RPO / Technical Recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Execute projects like email marketing, video engagement, webinars, social media, and talent communities.
Conduct market research on candidate data, hiring trends and talent pools.
Train recruiters in effective sourcing and engagement techniques.
Coordinate pipelines and project activities across geographies.
Review requisition assignments for alignment and performance.
