Job summary

IBM is seeking a Sourcer to bring in top talent at our Manila-area client sites. The role focuses on developing aggressive sourcing strategies, building pipelines, and collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners.

You will source passive and active candidates, track activities in the CRM, and adapt to market changes across markets. Onsite training with a shift to hybrid work is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of extensive sourcing experience.
• 2–4 years in a client management role with multiple stakeholders.
• 2–4 years experience with a web-based applicant tracking system (ATS).
• 2–4 years knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.
• Proficient in sourcing via job boards and social media channels.
• Strong English oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develops, influences, and executes sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates
• Develops relationships with key candidates and large-scale talent pools
• Engages with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand profiles for role-based sourcing
• Builds a substantial competitive intelligence knowledge base of functional roles
• Sources for passive and active candidates from internal ATS, Job Boards and other media outlets
• Tracks all sourcing activities in the CRM (Greenhouse) tool for pipelines, conversions, and hires
• Identifies new methods and approaches for sourcing of candidates
• Shares creative sourcing skills among the broader sourcing team
• Conducts outbound calls to potential candidates
• Drives applicants through sourcing activities to apply for open requisitions
• Provides daily updates to keep team apprised of sourcing efforts
• Assists in other markets/countries as needed
• During training, work onsite; transition to hybrid work arrangement

Job description

The Sourcer is responsible for bringing in “best in class” talent into our customer’s organization. You will be tasked with developing innovative and aggressive methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline candidates to support our client’s hiring needs.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners or Recruiters to maintain a clear understanding of the client’s business and culture, as well as define the positions, functions and selling points for all positions being sourced. This role requires exceptional sourcing and communication skills, both oral and written. You will consult with the Talent Acquisition Partners or Recruiters about any issues related to sourcing. Skill sets for this position include knowledge of sourcing techniques, demonstrated proficiency with the Internet, MS Office applications and applicant tracking systems.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• Has 2-4 years’ extensive sourcing experience
• Has 2-4 years’ in a client management role working across a variety of stakeholders
• Has 2-4 years’ experience with a web-based applicant tracking system
• Has 2-4 years’ knowledge of functional recruitment best practices
• Knowledge in sourcing through different job boards and social media channels
• Effective English Oral and Written communications skills

Preferred Experience

• Has RPO or IT Technical Recruitment experience

Working conditions

• Must be willing to work onsite.
• Must be willing to work in UP-Ayala Techno, Quezon City
• Must be willing to work in US (night shift) schedule

(During the training and stabilization period (approximately 1-2 months), you will be required to work fully onsite (RTO: Return to Office). Afterward, the role is expected to transition to a hybrid work arrangement.)
