MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive in Pasay City to lead day-to-day paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, and display. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize budgets and drive online and in-store sales growth.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in digital marketing, strong proficiency in GA, Meta, SA360, and DV360, and a detail-oriented, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in a digital marketing role.
• Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SA360, and DV360.
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns and tracking budgets.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Results-focused mindset with strong deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day paid digital marketing campaigns across channels including Paid Search, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Online Video, and Display.
• Manage campaign performance metrics, testing, tagging, ad copy drafting, and budget tracking to drive online and in-store sales growth.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to align on campaign deliverables.
• Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using analytics and paid media platforms.
• Support ad-hoc digital marketing projects to enhance brand awareness.
