Job summary

Stratpoint Technologies Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee multiple projects within the BAU Delivery Account, drive SDLC compliance, and build future leaders. You will monitor delivery metrics, identify risks, and implement process improvements across Agile teams.

You will collaborate with Engagement Managers, Capability Tech Leads, and stakeholders to ensure quality, growth, and client satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven project management experience in software/data projects.
• Experience leading 2–3 project teams in an agile Scrum environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with focus on quality by monitoring delivery metrics and risks.
• Grow opportunities within accounts by building relationships and managing expectations.
• Provide leadership for project teams including scoping, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with Engagement Managers and senior stakeholders to resolve escalations.
• Coach Scrum teams to drive process improvements and efficiency.
