Job summary

REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. in the Philippines seeks a CSA I to support Tier 1-3 accounts by handling internal requests, scheduling meetings, processing orders and course enrollments, and maintaining data accuracy across Salesforce, LR and Compass forms.

The Coordinator serves as a single point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring alignment across functions, procedures, and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years college completed.
• At least 2 years in email management, customer service, ticket and order processing, or collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Willing to work night shift or flexible schedule.
• Ability to learn AI tools for enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and services operations by completing tasks and cases in Salesforce queues, processing Compass/LR forms, and recording account activities.
• Manage daily account and customer maintenance, including Tier 3 email responses and faculty outreach.
• Ensure data integrity across reporting systems for accurate metrics.
• Support team initiatives such as customer journey improvements and product usage monitoring.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings for CSMs and provide back-office support to sales.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency.
• Document and maintain workflows, flyers, desk copies, coding and course enrollment processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and provide guidance on tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
