First Advantage in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Success Associate to be the frontline contact for candidates and clients, handling end-to-end background check processing, clarifying requirements, and ensuring timely, accurate service delivery.

You'll maintain strong client relationships, work toward SLAs, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, while thriving in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years in a highly customer-focused environment with targets and SLA adherence.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen on company operations & services.
• Organized, able to prioritize a high workload.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers and candidates; manage end-to-end background check processing.
