MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking a Customer Service and Procurement Officer for a hybrid day shift. You will be the first contact for customers and suppliers, handling administrative, sales, and procurement tasks, maintaining e-commerce platforms, and coordinating orders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Experience in customer service and procurement support roles.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer support requests while ensuring satisfaction.
• Welcome customers and provide guided showroom tours as needed.
• Maintain and update e-commerce platforms: SKUs, categories, images, customer accounts.
• Manage customer inquiries on Amazon and eBay with timely responses and strong relationships.
• Prepare and manage quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Provide administrative support to Sales and Warehouse teams.
