Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience with clear communication and structured problem solving.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data entry, sorting, filtering and basic report preparation.
• Familiar with store operations, stock checks, order status coordination.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Good time management to handle multiple requests in a hybrid environment.
• Adaptable to standardized processes and new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through multiple channels and provide precise responses.
• Manage customer complaints by investigating concerns and documenting details.
• Maintain accurate service records in MS Excel and update logs.
• Prepare simple MS Excel reports to summarize interactions and identify issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams like operations and inventory.
• Validate stock information and update store-related records to align promises.
• Guide customers through orders, returns, and general queries clearly.
• Monitor daily queues and prioritize requests to meet SLAs.
• Follow scripts and knowledge base, while suggesting improvements.
• Capture feedback and escalate insights to supervisors for action.
• Update simple reference guides and checklists for team use.
• Adhere to data privacy and security policies.
