Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services & CRM Executive to manage CRM records, coordinate client communications, and support engagement activities for a growing organisation.

This role emphasizes data accuracy, professional communication, and timely follow-ups across departments, with hybrid work from home and quarterly onsite requirements. Candidates with HubSpot experience and MS 365 proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and maintaining a CRM database with data quality checks.
• Experience using HubSpot for CRM administration is highly regarded.
• Strong coordination and client services background with reliable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate company, client contact and employee records in HubSpot.
• Perform fortnightly database reviews to verify key contacts and update duplicates.
• Check recipient lists before mail-outs and obtain required approvals.
• Record data issues with owners and due dates, and drive closures.
• Coordinate client communications via email and phone, scheduling responses and updates.
• Collaborate across departments to verify information and track communications in HubSpot.
• Assist with supplier communications, quotes and order administration within approved budgets.
