PSG Global Solutions, INC (a Teleperformance company) seeks a Credentialing Specialist to ensure credential accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient processing. You will oversee credential documentation, renewal schedules, and liaise with stakeholders to secure complete records.

The role requires attention to detail, English communication proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid setup across Manila-area locations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in credentialing, document processing, records management, or administrative support within a Healthcare BPO environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience handling confidential documents and maintaining accurate records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Collect, review, validate, and track required credentialing documents.
• Monitor expiring credentials and coordinate timely renewals.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and tracking reports.
• Follow up with candidates, employees, and stakeholders regarding outstanding requirements.
• Verify documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Process high volumes of administrative tasks while meeting turnaround requirements.
