Responsibilities

• Monitor notifications from Sub-Custodians and external vendors.
• Instruct Sub-Custodians and/or Fund Manager decisions.
• Keep clients and fund managers informed of actions at all times.
• Provide day-to-day support to Corporate Actions Analysts.
• Mentor junior staff and distribute workflow as needed.
• Reconcile cash and stock entitlements; ensure accuracy.
