Qualifications

• Experience in asset servicing and corporate actions in investment operations.
• Ability to manage priorities and investigate complex issues with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of securities products, event lifecycles, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for asset servicing including corporate actions, income processing, custody and settlement-related processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing, validation, and execution of corporate action events, elections, and entitlements.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions, discrepancies, and risk-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement, system enhancement, automation, and regulatory change initiatives.
• Prepare management reporting and contribute to governance and knowledge-sharing within the team.
