Staff Domain is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage daily financial data entry in Xero, perform reconciliations, and support admin tasks. Hybrid/Work-from-home setup with standard business software tools helps ensure accuracy and audit readiness.

You’ll maintain records, coordinate with teams, and contribute to project data entry in Wunderbuild, while communicating in clear English and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or formal experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Prior construction industry experience desirable.
• Strong computer literacy with Xero-like software; Outlook for communication and scheduling; Weblink; Wunderbuild.
• Good written and spoken English for clear stakeholder communication.
• Strong attention to detail and time management; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Daily financial data entry into Xero with accuracy.
• Bank reconciliation and balance maintenance.
• Reconcile supplier, credit, and other statements for timely reporting.
• Manage and process credit account applications as needed.
• Enter and maintain data in Wunderbuild for project tracking.
• Organize and maintain financial and operational files for audit readiness.
• Coordinate and update records using standard business software.
• Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks to support the team.
