Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment: assess current communication skills to identify improvement areas.
• Curriculum Development: create training materials, workshops, lesson plans, and resources.
• Training Delivery: conduct workshops to teach effective communication, public speaking, interpersonal skills, and interview skills.
• Feedback and Coaching: provide constructive feedback to enhance verbal, written, listening, and body language skills.
