• Liaises with other processors to reconcile any issues regarding client information.
• Resolves issues and inquiries with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ensures proper file management for all client systems through accurate documentation.
• Routes tasks to appropriate processors using internal systems.
• Refs matters beyond limits of authority for direction.
• Upholds Crawford Code of Conduct and confidentiality.
• Performs various admin duties to support other processes.
• Non-clinical staff may not interpret clinical information.
