MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Business Development Associate. Hybrid work setup with day shifts. You will support BD strategies, identify prospects, prepare decks, qualify leads, and maintain CRM records, collaborating with the sales team to drive opportunities.

The role requires a degree pursuit in International Business, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems, plus fluent English and Tagalog.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manners.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, analytical and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM systems.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of business development strategies to generate new opportunities.
• Identify and engage prospective clients via calls, emails and marketing inquiries.
• Prepare presentation decks, proposals and client meeting materials.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
• Follow up to maintain engagement with prospects.
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity.
• Collaborate with sales to achieve BD objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities.
