Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Hybrid Leader to oversee broiler breeder operations, veterinary oversight, and research execution. You will lead a breeding program, ensure high-quality hatching eggs, and drive field advisory activities nationwide.

You will act as the company’s technical expert, coordinating breeder performance, fertility optimization, and data reporting while supporting the commercial feed business with field engagement and veterinary training.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) is required.
• 5–10+ years in broiler breeder operations with leadership exposure.
• PRC license and valid driver’s license are required.
• Experience in breeder flock management and fertility strategies is preferred.

Job Description

This is a hybrid leadership role combining farm operations, veterinary oversight, research execution, and external technical support. The role involves setting up and managing a broiler breeder research farm while ensuring strong breeder performance and high-quality hatching eggs. It also includes leading feed trials and producing reliable performance data, serving as the company’s technical expert in broiler breeder production, and supporting the commercial feed business through field advisory, customer engagement, and veterinary training.

Qualifications

Education

• Experience in technical advisory or field support preferred
