Job summary

Marsh in Manila is seeking a Claims Senior Coordinator to join our Claims Operations team. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office and focuses on coordinating complex claims across clients, insurers, and internal teams.

You will oversee the end-to-end claims lifecycle, ensure compliance with policies and SLAs, mentor Claims Advisors and junior staff, and collaborate with managers to drive timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Progressive responsibility beyond entry-level advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for complex claims and coordinate among clients, insurers and internal teams.
• Oversee end-to-end claims lifecycle and ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and SLAs.
• Analyze claims data and documentation to identify issues, risks, or opportunities for improvement.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to Claims Advisors and junior team members.
• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated claims issues and implement best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports for management and clients, highlighting status, trends and KPIs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce cycle times.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
