Job summary

Technology Elite, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end accounting for multiple Australian entities. You will handle AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, BAS/IAS, and reporting to support accurate records and informed business decisions.

The role is Hybrid and will be determined further through processing, offering exposure to Australian taxation concepts and cloud accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, or finance.
• Minimum 2+ years in accounting/bookkeeping (Australian entities preferred).
• Experience with AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations; strong communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, supplier invoices, and payments.
• Manage accounts receivable activities, invoicing, payments, and follow-ups.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS returns.
• Prepare management reports, P&L statements and balance sheets.
