Job summary

Premier Outsource Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support an Australian bookkeeping practice. The role covers day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting for multiple clients, with focus on accuracy and timelines.

You will handle payroll including PAYG, superannuation, STP, prepare BAS/IAS, assist with monthly management reports and cash flow forecasts, and liaise with clients to gather required documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Australian bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, BAS, IAS and payroll.
• Proficient with Xero, MYOB AccountRight, and QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records across multiple client accounts.
• Process AP/AR and bank reconciliations.
• Run weekly/fortnightly/monthly payroll (STP, PAYG, super).
• Prepare BAS/IAS and payroll tax returns for review.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
