Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and updating of learning solutions using instructional design principles, templates, and standards.
• Create and maintain learning assets, assessments, learner materials, and supporting resources.
• Ensure learning content is accurate, complete, and aligned to business and learner requirements.
• Develop learning content using approved authoring tools and technologies, applying Manulife branding and accessibility requirements.
• Support LMS-related activities and learning deployment requirements.
• Complete assigned learning design tasks and deliverables within agreed timelines.
