Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist in Cebu City, Philippines. This office-based role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality learning solutions to support Woodgrain’s IT systems and business processes.

You will translate complex technical information into engaging training experiences that enable effective adoption of technology solutions. The position reports to the Organizational Change Management Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or related field.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear learning content.
• Experience creating scalable, accessible, measurable learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain eLearning courses, simulations, assessments, and job aids.
• Develop learning content and assessments within the LMS.
• Apply instructional design principles and learning science to create effective experiences.
• Collaborate with IT SMEs to translate technical information into learner-friendly content.
