Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking an Assistant Accountant in Ortigas, Manila to support month-end processes, reconciliations, inventory accounting, reporting and financial analysis in a fast-paced commercial environment.

The successful candidate will have an accounting degree, at least 3 years of commercial accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and inventory exposure, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years’ commercial accounting experience.
• Inventory management exposure or experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on hybrid setup; Ortigas office.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger journal entries and ensure accuracy.
• Review expense allocations and correct GL coding.
• Reconcile accounts as required.
• Assist with BAS and FBT returns.
• Support inventory accounting and reporting activities.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Management and Commercial Accountants as required.
