Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. invites applications for an Assistant Accountant to support month-end processes, GL accuracy, and inventory accounting. You will work closely with Management and Commercial Accountants, delivering accurate financial information in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Australian commercial accounting exposure, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented approach. This role offers a hybrid setup with 2 days WFH and 3 days onsite at Ortigas.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years Australian (commercial) accounting experience.
• Inventory management exposure.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup with Ortigas office (2x WFH, 3x onsite per week).

Responsibilities

• Support month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger journal entries with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Review expense allocations and GL coding per COA.
• Reconcile accounts as required.
• Prepare daily operating reports.
• Assist with monthly BAS and FBT returns.
• Support inventory-related accounting and reporting.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis.
• Undertake other position-related duties as required.
