Job summary

Lancesoft APAC in Makati seeks an Analyst Application Engineer to bridge business and IT, supporting application solutions, testing, and stability. You will gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful adoption of technology solutions across stakeholders.

The role requires strong collaboration with architects, developers, and QA, with a focus on REST APIs, .NET/C#, Azure services, and CI/CD-driven testing within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET/C# applications and REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure App Services, Functions and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
• Experience with functional, regression, E2E testing and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Provide application support and troubleshoot internally developed and vendor applications.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to resolve incidents and maintain system stability.
• Develop and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Support test automation and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate Business/UAT testing, validation, and sign-off.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and support teams.
