Job summary

TASQ in Makati is seeking an Analyst to bridge business objectives and technology solutions. The role combines Business Analyst and IT Analyst profiles, focusing on process optimization, requirements gathering, and technical design.

You will work with program managers, solution architects, and IT teams, support testing, UAT, and incident resolution, and operate in a hybrid setup with night shifts at Eton Centris.

Job description

The Analyst acts as a strategic liaison between business objectives and technology solutions, ensuring that processes, systems, and stakeholder needs are aligned to deliver measurable value.

This role encompasses two primary profiles:

• Business Analyst:

Focuses on business processes, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into actionable requirements. Works closely with program managers, solution architects, and business owners to optimize workflows and enable effective decisionmaking.

• IT Analyst:

Concentrates on technical solution design, integration, and system optimization. Collaborates primarily with tech leads, digital delivery teams, and IT support groups to ensure robust, scalable, and secure technology implementations.

Both profiles share core responsibilities such as requirements gathering, documentation, testing support, and facilitating adoption. However, they differ in their depth of technical versus business expertise and stakeholder interaction patterns.

Provides technical support and troubleshooting for internally developed software applications and vendor software products. This includes diagnosing and resolving system issues, assisting users with application functionality, and collaborating with other engineering teams to maintain system stability and performance.

The role serves as a key contact for resolving application-related incidents and ensuring continuity of business operations.
