Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system specs.
Analyze processes to identify workflow and system improvements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal and vendor apps.
Diagnose and resolve application-related incidents and issues.
Collaborate with engineering and IT support to maintain stability and performance.
Define and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Build regression test suites aligned with critical workflows.
Support test automation and CI/CD integration.
Conduct Business-to-UAT testing, validation, and sign-off.
Ensure quality gates and validation before production releases.
Prepare technical and functional documentation and support user adoption.
