The Western Union Company is seeking an Associate, AML Compliance in Quezon City, Philippines, to support transaction history analysis, due diligence, and AML interviews. You will protect customers and the company while delivering high-quality results in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires English fluency, a bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience in customer service or AML is a plus, with shifts up to evenings or overnight as needed.

• Fluency in English – outstanding verbal, written and listening skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and independent decision making.

Responsabilités

• Perform transactional history analysis, due diligence, and AML compliance interviews to identify potential consumer fraud or questionable activity.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Deliver high quality and productive results that meet targets.
• Learn continuously to enhance AML Compliance products and process knowledge.
