DBS operates shared service centres in China, North America, the Philippines and Scotland.# Essential Responsibilities* **Operational Support:** Provide advanced support on accounts payable issues management. Oversee and perform detailed reconciliations of supplier accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Lead the resolution of complex accounts payable issues, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Lead mandated major clean-up activities like AP Open Credit Memo, GRNI Balance, AP Aging. Support leadership in ensuring the adequacy of staffing levels to meet operational requirements including capacity and demand planning.* **Process & Systems Integration:** Support the integration of business process transitions, improvements into daily operations. Support the adoption and implementation of new technologies to streamline accounts payable processes.* **Testing and Auditing:** Conduct testing and auditing of invoice processing, inquiries, and issues management activities to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist in preparing documentation and responses for internal and external audits related to accounts payable processes.* **Clean-Up Activities**: Take the lead in major clean-up activities such as AP Open Credit Memo, GRNI Balance Reduction, and AP Aging Reduction.* **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
