Job summary

RecruitGo, a leading EOR company, is hiring an Accounting Officer (Receivable/Payable) in the Philippines. You will manage AR and AP processes, verify invoices, and track supplier orders to clients. The role requires a BS in accounting/finance, at least 1 year bookkeeping, and proficiency in Xero.

English fluency and strong organizational skills are essential. This is a hybrid role with company equipment provided after probation, plus travel and lunch allowance after probation, working hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related numerical field.
• Minimum 1 year bookkeeping experience (AP/AR & basic reporting).
• Proficiency in Xero and cloud-based accounting software.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates excellent work ethic and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Review and verify invoices and monthly statements from suppliers
• Track orders from suppliers through to client delivery
• Prepare working drawing take-offs
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Manage email communications with various business stakeholders
• Perform cost estimation and project quotation preparation
• Coordinate project-related activities and requirements
